What Does An Account Manager Do?
We’ve been working in the cleaning industry for a long time, and what our experience has taught us, is that our customers choose us because they can communicate with us directly. There’s no on-hold messages. No email ticketing. Just open lines of communication. Your Account Manager is your point of contact for everything related to your service. Billing enquires, service requests, providing feedback, can all be communicated directly to your Account Manager for them to take care of. If they can’t help you right away, they will do their research and provide you with solutions. Think of them as your own personal Concierge.
